Frequently Asked Questions
What are my payment options?
We accept credit card, debit or PayPal.
Either way, we get the money and you get your goods.
Win, win.... win.
What about shipping?
If you live in Lethbridge, your order will be brought to Boarderline Skate Shop for your pick-up. Just bring your ID. All orders from Wednesday-Wednesday will be available Thursday morning.
If you live outside of Lethbridge, we ship! Flat rate $12 to ship, and all orders $107 and above ship free.
What is your return policy?
Nothing of sub-par quality will be sold to you. If you have any questions about size, just email and ask before you order. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied, contact us, and we will make sure to work the situation out for all unworn and unwashed items.
Where are the clothes from?
Everything is designed in Lethbridge, printed in both Calgary and Lethbridge, and sewn in Lethbridge. The only exception right now are the masks, which came from St. Albert, and the socks made in BC by a company so Canadian they were on Dragon's Den. We love local, and will support local as much as we possibly can.
Is it true you give 30% of profits away?
Absolutely! Creating a revenue stream for the non-profit that will run Lethbridge's indoor skatepark was the reason we dreamed of NineBar Apparel. The more NineBar you wear, the closer we are to our goal of a park opening.
What is the ranch/skateboard connection?
Drive out of Lethbridge in any direction and you'll see cows within 5 minutes. We ourselves come from a ranching family, and some of us skateboard - hence the cow on the skateboard logo that celebrates unconventional beginnings. We chose to form NineBar Apparel over the values that all successful ranch families have: Hard Work, Excellence, Togetherness and Generosity. This ethos will benefit everyone, whether rural or urban, and drive them towards success. We wish the best for youth in Lethbridge and beyond.
